The project

Momentum Académie is a biblical school in Bordeaux offering 4 distinct programs to a wide range of profiles. As a freelancer, I redesigned their site from scratch : art direction, UX, design and Webflow integration, with one clear priority: staying accessible to all ages, while giving the client the tools to maintain the site independently.

Context & intention

Momentum Académie had an outdated site that no longer reflected the school's quality or ambition. I handled the entire project: full art direction redesign from scratch, UX, page design and Webflow integration. The only constraint given by the client: keep one identifying color per program. From there, I had full creative freedom to build a coherent and modern visual identity.

Process & production

The art direction is built around a strong creative choice: Renaissance paintings as an iconographic foundation, paired with serif typography, contrasted by real photos of the academy to bring a human touch. The paintings illustrate biblical concepts, compensate for the lack of visuals, and create an instantly recognizable identity.

This choice is both generational, the old/new mix appeals to 18-30 year olds while inspiring trust in older generations and strategic: the identity clearly stands apart from the Église Momentum brand, scales across all communication channels, and since artworks can be AI-generated, the client has an almost unlimited content source.

I built a design system in Figma and developed the Webflow components so the client could be fully autonomous after handoff.
